I provide online therapy for adults seeking meaningful and lasting change as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, a Mental Health Counsellor in Quebec, and a Licensed Psychotherapist in New York. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety and depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational challenges.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s unique needs and pace. By blending evidence-based therapies with creative and solution-focused approaches, I help you reconnect with your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. You can expect practical tools, somatic interventions, reflective exercises, and supportive psychoeducation that foster healing, empowerment, and transformation.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than twenty years working as an artist and designer, creating community-based projects that explored identity and the human experience. A turning point came while leading a museum-sponsored arts initiative for young adults, where I witnessed creativity become a catalyst for self discovery. It was there that I realized my work could extend beyond creative expression and becomes a medium through which people could better understand themselves. That experience continues to shape the way I practice today. I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences.
I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere grounded in a person-centered, attachment-based, trauma-informed, gender-fair, and culturally responsive framework. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped your life while cultivating greater resilience, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of yourself. While the therapeutic process can sometimes be challenging, it also creates the opportunity to see yourself—and your life—through a new lens, one that is more grounded, expansive, and aligned with the person you are becoming.
Beyond my clinical work, I hope to bring together my backgrounds in art and psychotherapy by developing community-based workshops that integrate creativity, connection, and intentional reflection. I believe creative expression has the power to encourage insight and inspire meaningful change that extends beyond the individual into the communities we belong to.
